The 51sts of both PA and NY, at the special request of Gen. Burnside were asked to take the Rohrbach Bridge over Antietam Creek during the bloodiest single day battle in US history. The PA 51st had had their whiskey rations cut due to misconduct on the march, so when a corporal proposed the deal of whisky rations returned if they took the bridge, Ferrero was more than happy to oblige. Print signed by Tracy Stivers.
